David founded Island Associates in 2009.  As a 35+ year veteran of State, Municipal, and Private Construction Management David has advanced knowledge on intricate projects. Having extensive community involvement and leadership is evidence of the ability to collaborate with teams of various skills and expertise levels to create a successful end result.
